摘    要:建立超高效液相色谱法测定双氯芬酸钠的有关物质的方法。采用Waters UPLC H-Class色谱仪,PDA检测器,Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1×50 mm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇-乙腈(40∶40∶20),流速0.1 mL/min,进样量1μL,波长254 nm。对方法的线性范围、准确度、精密度、专属性、溶液稳定性进行了验证,方法准确、快速、灵敏度高,与传统高效液相色谱相比,能有效节省分析时间和有机溶剂的消耗。

Abstract:To establish a UPLC method for determination of relative substances in diclofenac sodium. Waters UPLC H-Class with PDA detector was used. The chromatographic column was Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(1.7 lain, 2.1 ~50 mm), mobile phase was phosphate buffer-methanol-acetonitrile(40 : 40 : 20), the flow rate was 0.1 mL/min and an injection volume of 1 μL, the detection wavelength was set at 254 rim. On the method of linear range, accuracy, precision, specificity, stability of the solution was verified. The method is accurate, rapidity and high sensitivity, Compared with HPLC, and the analysis time and consumption of organic solvent can effectively save,
