摘    要:用自制的DX-10处理单一重金属离子废水有如下特点:(1)脱除离子效果显著,经一次处理后,残留离子浓度低,反应快,5min脱除率可达90%以上,沉降迅速,便于分离;(2)脱除废水中重金属离子,可在较宽 pH使用,符合国家工业废水排放标准;(3)脱除废水中重金属离子的能力与DX-10用量、硫含量、溶液pH与溶液中重金属离子浓度等因素有关,基本不受环境因素影响,便于推广应用;(4)残渣稳定,在强酸或碱性溶液中不被破坏,无二次污染,残渣经浓硝酸处理后,重新释放出重金属离子,可利用此特性回收重金属;(5)处理后的水无色透明,可直接用于工业循环水,节约水资源。该法成本低,工艺简单。我们对其进行理论上的溶液化学计算,以此证明试验结果。

Abstract:It has the following characteristics to deal with the ion waste water of single heavy metal with self-made DX-10:(1) It is remarkable to get rid of the ion result, after treatment, and low in density to remain the ion, the response is quick, 5 min is got rid of and can be more than 90% to lead, subsides rapidly, it is easy to be separated; (2)This method can get rid of the heavy metal ion in the waste water, can be used in wider pH range, according to the discharge standard of the national industrial sewage; (3)The ability, DX-10 consumption, content of sulphur, solution pH value of the heavy metal ion relate to such factors as the density of heavy metal ion and so on, in solution while getting rid of the waste water, free of environmental factor basically, it is easy to popularize and apply; (4) The residue is steady, is not destroyed in the strong acid or the alkaline solution and no secondary pollution, the residue releases the heavy metal ion again, can utilize this characteristic to retrieve the heavy metal after the dense nitric acid is dealt with; (5 ) The treated water is colorless and transparent, can be used in the industry circulating water directly, which economizes the water resource, this method has low costs, and the craft is simple. We calculate solution chemistry in theory to it, so as to prove the result of the test.
