| 摘 要： | 建设开放性实验教学体系是高校培养创新型、实践型人才的重要途径，也是高校深化教育改革的迫切需要。地方高等院校应针对自身特点做好开放性实验教学体系的改革和建设工作。本文论述了建设开放性实验教学体系的意义和必要性，分析了地方普通高校实验窒建设的特点和存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了切合实际的建设措施。

| Abstract: | Constructing an opening experimental teaching system is an important way to train innovative and applied talent for colleges, but also an urgent need to deepen the ducational reform. Local colleges should do a good job in constructing an opening experimental teaching system according to their characteristics. This article discussed the significance and necessity of constructing an opening experimental teaching system, analysised the characteristics and existing problems of local colleges, and offered some realistic measures on that basis. |
