摘    要:文章探讨了食品工程专业开放式实验室建设的地位及意义,同时对开放式专业实验室建设进行教学实践与探索,在实施课程优化和改进教学方法的基础上,积极尝试本专业的开放式实验室的教学探索,实践证明,开放式食品专业实验室的建设有利于培养食品专业学生的创新能力,提高学生的综合素质。

Abstract:The paper discussed the status and meaning of the construction about open laboratory of food engineer specialty.Based on the adapting to the target of cultivating talents and improving teaching,constructing and exploration of open laboratory of food engineer have been made in our classes.The practical experiences prove that,the construction of open laboratory is beneficial to cultivating the creative ability of students and improving the comprehensive quality of students.
