摘    要:制备TiO2、Al2O3、ZnO负载铜催化剂及改性负载铜催化剂,其中TiO2负载铜催化剂的收率最高。以邻氯苯乙胺、2-氯-β-甲基苯乙胺、2-氯-5-乙基苯乙胺、邻溴苯乙胺、4-甲氧基-2-氯苯乙胺、5-乙基-2-氯苯乙胺为原料,铜负载量15%的Cu/TiO2为催化剂,NaOH为缚酸剂,乙醇为溶剂,90℃反应8 h,可分别得到收率近94%的相应的吲哚啉衍生物。催化剂经过滤、二氯甲烷洗涤、焙烧,可重复使用。

Abstract:Supported Cu catalysts of TiO2,Al2O3,ZnO and modified Supported Cu Catalyst were prepared.Using 2-chlorophenethyl-amine,2-chloro-β-methylphenethylamine,2-chloro-5-ethylphenethylamine,2-bromophenethylamine,4-methoxyl-2-chlorophenethylamine,5-ethyl-2-chloro-phenethylamine as substrates,15 % Cu/TiO2 as catalyst,NaOH as acid-trapping agent,ethanol as solvent,reaction in 90 ℃ for 8 h,could give relative indoline derivateives in 94 %~96 % yields.The catalyst could be reused after simple treatments as filter,washed by CH2Cl2 and roasted.
