火焰原子吸收法测定潮州几种蔬菜中的金属元素

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收法测定潮州的芥蓝、大白菜、苞菜、菠菜四种蔬菜中Zn、Ni、Fe、Mn、Mg、Mo、Cu、Ca、Ba、Na、K、Cr等金属元素的含量,并采用硝酸和过氧化氢湿法消解法对样品进行硝化。该方法操作简单、快捷、灵敏度高、选择性好。

Abstract:In the study, a aqueous digestion method with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide was used to digest the crude samples, and the 12 metallic elements Zn, Ni, Fe, Mn, Mg, Mo, Cu, Ca, Ba, Na, K, and Cr in the dissolved samples of cabbage mustard, cabbage, bud vegetable, spinach were measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy .The method proved to be simple, fast with high sensitivity and good selectivity.
