摘    要:文章分别采用重整化群(RNGk-ε漠型)、线性压应力(LinearPressure.strain)和二次压应力(QuadraticPressure—Strain)的雷诺应力模型(RSM)及不同的方程离敞格式对旋风分离器内流场进行数值模拟,并与实验结果进行比较,通过对计算结果与实验结果的比较分析,发现二次压应力雷诺应力模型(RSM)模型下模拟结果更为精确。

Abstract:In order to choose the better turbulent model for cyclone separator, different turbulent models which include RNG k-ε model, Linear Pressure-Strain RSM (the Reynolds stress model ) and Quadratic Pressure-Strain RSM and different difference schemes were used to simulate turbulent flows in cyclone separator, and then compared with experimental data, the results provided that the numerical simulation of cyclone separator with Quadratic Pressure-Strain RSM would be more accurate.
