椭圆封头受力及计算

摘    要:封头是压力容器上必不可少的重要组成部件,常见的包括椭圆形封头、球冠形封头、碟形封头、半球形封头等。其中由于椭圆形封头具有受力合理、制造方便等优点,故在工程上应用非常广泛。文章主要介绍了椭圆形封头在内压和外压作用下的受力状态、最大应力位置、厚度计算依据及开孔补强计算。

Abstract:Head is an important part of pressure vessel; common includes ellipsoidal head, spherically dished head, dished head and hemispherical head etc. Ellipsoidal head is widely used in project, due to the stress is reasonable and easy to fabricate. The article mainly introduces the stress state of the ellipsoidal head both under internal pressure and external pressure, the maximum stress location, the thickness calculation basis and the method of opening calculation.
