聚丙烯发泡材料的应用及研究进展

摘    要:综述了聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料的应用及其发展的优越性,分析了目前PP发泡材料制备过程中存在的问题,指出了改善PP发泡性能的关键是制备高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP),介绍了国内外HMSPP的制备及其发泡的研究进展,指出硅烷接枝交联改性技术具有成本适中。产品质量好并容易控制的特点,是目前的HMSPP制备技术中最有希望的技术。

Research Advances and Application of Polypropylene Foam

Abstract:The application and advantages of developing of polypropylene (PP) foam was reviewed. The problems in PP foaming were analyzed. The key to improving the foaming properties of PP is the preparation of high melt strength PP (HMSPP). The research advances in preparing and foaming of HMSPP were reviewed. The silane grafting and crosslinking technique offers technological advantages of lower production cost, excellent properties and easy control of crosslinked PP. So, it is the most hopeful technology of preparing HMSPP.
