摘    要:目的:研究超声波法提取石南藤黄酮苷的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验,考察乙醇浓度(A)、液料比(B)、超声波作用时间(C)、温度(D)4个因素的影响。结果:超声波提取优化工艺条件为:A2B3C2D3。结论:超声波提取具有提取率高、时间短、溶剂用量少、能量消耗小等特点,在中草药提取应用方面前景广阔。

Abstract:Objective: To study the best technology of the extraction of flavonoid glycosides of Piper wallichii(Miq. )Hand--Mazz with ultrasonic technology. Methods: Orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate 4 influential factors as follows: the ethanol concentration A, the solid fluid compared to B, the time C, the temperature D. Results: The best optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction were AeB3C2D3. Conclusion: The ultrasonic extraction can extract flavonoid glycosides in Piper wallichii(Miq. )Hand. -- Mazz in higher extraction rate and shorter time with less solvent and energy. It also showed a promising prospect for leaching the effective constituents from Chinese herbal medicine by using ultrasonic extraction.
