| 摘 要： | 米诺膦酸是一种新型杂环双膦酸类化合物,用于治疗骨质疏松以及由骨质疏松症和恶性肿瘤引起的高血钙症。因米诺膦酸有很强的抗骨质吸收作用且副作用小,已经越来越受到人们的关注。现综述了米诺膦酸的合成进展,为该药的进一步研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Minodronic acid,a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate,is an agent that has an amino group on the imidazole ring and has a potent inhibitory effect on bone resorption.This drug is getting more popular due to better osteoclastic bone resorption and little side effects.The paper reviews the synthetic methods of minodronic acid. |
