地奥司明片制备工艺的研究

摘    要:以脆碎度、崩解时间及溶出度为考察指标,对地奥司明片处方及工艺进行研究,按选定处方及工艺制备出的样品与进口地奥司明片进行溶出度的对比试验,结果表明,自制地奥司明片溶出情况与进口片基本一致。

Abstract:The formulation and technology of diosmin tablets were optimized using the diameter of diosmin, disintegration time and fragility as indexes. The diosmin tablets that were made by the optimized formulation and technology were compared with the Alvenor by dissolution. The results indicated that the dissolve curve of the self-made tablets was similar to the curve of Alvenor. The results showed that the selected formulation and technology was corrected.
