| 摘 要： | 文章首先简要地叙述了螺杆式空气压缩机各部分系统的结构特点,然后简单地叙述了螺杆式空气压缩机的基本工作原理,最后再对螺杆式空气压缩机在实际运行过程中所遇到的三个典型的故障事例进行故障分析及处理,这三个故障事例包括运行中的润滑油损耗大查漏,油气桶安全阀无规律起跳故障分析及排除,进气阀步进电机不工作的故障分析及处理。

| Abstract: | Firstly,structure character of each system of screw air compressor was briefly described,and its basic operation principle was also simply introduced,finally the malfunction analysis and handling for three typical malfunction cases caused during the practical operation of screw air compressor were given out.These three malfunction cases included inspection for great lube waste during operation,malfunction analyse and elimination for ruleless work about safety valve of oil-gas bucket as well as malfunction analyse and handling for non-working of inlet valve step motor. |
