院级教学质量保障体系的构建与实践

学院是组织和实施教学活动的实体，建立和完善院级教学质量监控与保障体系对提高人才培养质量起到非常关键的作用。基于院、系、课程组三级教学管理模式,福州大学材料科学与工程学院构建了由教学检查制度、教学信息的收集与反馈制度、青年教师培养制度、班主任制度和津贴激励制度等组成的教学质量保障体系，取得较好成效。

Construction and Pratice of Teaching Quality Guarantee System

College is an entity to organize and implement the teaching activities. The college teaching quality guarantee system plays a key role in improving the quality of talent training. Based on the college-department-curriculum group of three-level teaching management, a college teaching quality guarantee system, composed of the teaching inspection, teaching information collection and feedback, youth teacher training, the system of class supervisor and allowance incentive system, has been constructed in College of Materials Science and Engineering, Fuzhou University, and gets a good effect.
