摘 要: | H12MDA作为H12MDI的合成中间体,广泛应用于聚氨酯工业中,文章介绍了MDA加氢制备H12MDA的一般工艺,MDA加氢制备H12MDA催化剂的国内外研究进展,对各系催化剂催化MDA加氢性能进行了分析,指出了各类催化剂的优缺点,且对今后MDA加氢催化剂的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: | Diphenyl methane diisocyanate (HIzMDI) which was produced by 4,4'-lnethylenedianiline (MDA) had a variety application as an intermediate in the polyurethane manufacture. The research progress of catalysis hydrogenation of 4,4'-diamino-dicyclohexylmethane (HI2MDA) producing MDA and the general progress were introduced. All kinds of catalyst on 4,4'-methylenedianiline catalysis hydrogenation performance were analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of various catalyst were emphasized. Future direction of research and development and industrial application is proposed. |
