摘    要:通过对海洋平台失效后果进行合理评价和对各种类型的失效可能进行定量分析,用风险矩阵来确定各种设计工况下的失效风险,然后把API RP 2A提供的检测周期转换为基于风险导向分析的检测周期,以做出合理的水下检测规划。

Abstract:According to appropriate assessment of consequence of failure and quantitative analysis of various likelihood of failure,the risk of failure is determined using the risk matrix and the inspection intervals provided in API RP 2A section 14 is converted to equivalent risk-based intervals.Then the risk-based underwater inspection plan can be made.
