魔芋粉接枝丙烯酸超强吸水剂合成工艺优化

摘    要:采用均匀设计法,对魔芋粉接枝丙烯酸超强吸水剂合成工艺进行优化。最佳合成工艺条件是:单体量(单体,魔芋粉)10.9、引发剂量(引发剂/魔芋粉)5.08%、反应温度66.2℃、单体中和度78.7%、交联剂量(交联剂/魔芋粉)1.43%、反应时间2.51h。产物吸水率为685.3g/g,吸盐水率306.5g/g(自来水)。

Abstract:In the paper, the uniform design method was used to the optimization synthetic process of konjac flour grafted acrylic acid superabsorbent. Optimal synthesis conditions were: the amount of monomer (monomer / Konjac powder) 10.9, the amount of initiator (Initiator / Konjac powder) 5.08 %, reaction temperature 66.2 ℃, and the neutralization degree of 78.7 % monomers, the amount of crosslinking agent (cross-linked agent / Konjac powder) 1.43 %, reaction time 2.51 h. The absorption ability ofcopolymer prepared under the optimum condition is 685.3 g.g^-1 (deionized water) and 306.5 g·g^-1 (water).
