| 摘 要： | 基于新建地方高校应用型人才的培养,探讨了精细有机合成实验的教学方法、教学内容、考核方式及师资建设的改革,构建以培养实践能力为导向的实验教学模式。新的教学模式以学生为主体、采用多种教学形式相结合、注重实验过程考核,从而提高学生的实验技能、实践能力和综合素质。

| Abstract: | Based on the training of Applied Talents in Newly-built Local Colleges, fine organic synthesis experiment＇s teaching methods, teaching contents, assessment methods and the construction of Teachers was studied, and a experimental teaching mode was established at the aim of training Practical abilities. The new teaching model is required for taking student-centered, adopting various teaching forms and paying attention to process assessment, so as to improve the students＇ experimental skill, practice abilities and comprehensive quality. |
