高温固相法制备Zn_2SiO_4:Eu~(3+)红色荧光粉及性能测试

摘    要:基于硅酸盐为基质的发光材料不仅有良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性,且耐水性强、发光颜色多样性并且二氧化硅原料易得、价格低廉,因此我们探究了以高温固相法制备Zn2SiO4:Eu3+体系的制备方法和发光性能。本文主要内容通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等测试手段,确定出Zn2SiO4:Eu3+体系的最佳烧成温度,保温时间等制备工艺以及其发光性能。

Abstract:The silicate matrix light-emitting material is not only good chemical stability and thermal stability and water resistance, variety of luminous colors and the lowest silica raw material, easy .Therefore, we explored the preparation method and luminescent properties of high temperature solid phase method to prepare Zn2SiO4: Eu^3+ system. The article focuses on with the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), fluorescence spectra (PL) and other testing methods, as determined by Zn2SiO4: Eu^3+ system, the best sintering temperature, holding time and preparation process and its luminescent properties.
