摘    要:甲醇制丙烯工艺冷凝液中的含铁量和含油量,会因工艺换热器的渗漏而超标,致使传统的除油除铁设施频繁出现故障,为此,经过对工艺冷凝液除油除铁系统的工艺改进,有效地解决了传统除油除铁设施存在的不足,满足了后续冷凝液精制单元稳定、长周期运行的需求。

Abstract:Iron content and oil content in the Methanol to propylene condensate exceeded standard due to leakage of heat exchanger which made the traditional oil and iron removing facilities frequent malfunction. In order to effectively solve the shortage of the traditional oil and iron removing facilities, the process of oil and iron removing system of condensate was improved to meet the demand of stability and long period running of subsequent condensate refining unit.
