摘    要:Na2S作为硫源,H2O2为氧化剂,高温水热环境下与HNO3处理的碳纳米管(CNTs)复合,合成碳纳米管/硫(H-CNTs/S)正极材料,材料载硫量为49 wt%,0.2 C倍率下首次循环比容量为680 mAh·g-1,50次循环后保持率高达75%,复合材料具有优良的倍率性能。

Abstract:Na2S as a source of sulfur, H202 as an oxidant, at the high temperature with HNO3 processing of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), we synthesis the carbon nanotubes/sulfur (H-CNTs/S) cathode materials successfully under hydrothermal environment. The sulfur loading of materials are 49 wt%. The first discharge capacity is 680 mAh·g-1 at 0.2 C and it keeps the rate up to 75 % after 50 cycles, also the composite materials have showed excellent perIbrmance of rate capability.
