20%啶虫脒30%氟虫胺可溶性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘    要:文章采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为固定相,甲醇和水为流动相,在UV260 nm下定量测定20%啶虫脒30%氟虫胺可溶性粉剂含量。结果表明:在优化的色谱条件下,啶虫脒的色谱保留时间为4.91 min,氟虫胺的色谱保留时间为2.36 min;二者的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998,方法的标准偏差分别为0.07、0.012,变异系数分别为0.46%、0.12%,平均回收率分别为99.87%、99.79%。此分析方法分析快速,所得的结果可信度高,特别适用于农药制剂产品中啶虫脒和氟虫胺有效成分的质量控制。

Abstract:A method for determination of acetamiprid in 20 % SP and ethyl perfluorooctylsulfonamide in 30 % SP has been established using a C18 liquid thase chromatography column, methanol/water(40:60, by vol)as the mobile phase,and UV detection at 248 nm. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, the retention time of acetamiprid was 4.91 minutes while ethyl perfluorooctylsulfonamide was 2.36 minutes. The linear correlation coefficient were 0.9999 and 0.9998; the coefficients of variation were 0.46 % and 0.12 %; the average recoveries were 99.87 % and 99.79 %.The method for determination of acetamiprid in 20 % SP and ethyl perfluorooctylsulfonamide in 30 % SP can supply a high credibility data immediately, which is especially suitable for the components control of Acetamiprid in 20 % SP and Ethyl perfluorooctylsulfonamide in 30 % SP.
