邻氯代苯甲醛与硝基甲烷的缩合反应

摘    要:以邻氯代苯甲醛与硝基甲烷为原料,甲醇作为溶剂,研究在碱性及低温零度条件下邻位卤代芳香醛与活性α-H的化合物发生的Aldol缩合反应,得到对有机合成具有重要价值的中间体2-氯-β-硝基苯乙烯。2-氯-β-硝基苯乙烯是构建杂环四氢喹啉和吲哚啉的中间体,也是合成部分农药、医药成分以及功能高分子的原料。实验主要是通过控制反应温度、加料顺序及选择95%乙醇作为重结晶试剂,找到了合成该有机中间体较佳的条件。

Abstract:Abslract: Nitro-methane and 2-chlorobenzaldehyde was used as raw material, and methanol as solvent, Aldol condensation reaction of halogenated aromatic aldehydes and compounds including activity a-H was researched under alkaline conditions and low temperature to zero, and significant valuable organic intermediate 2-cbloro-beta-nitrostyrene was obtained. 2-chloro-beta-nitrostyrene as the construction of tetrahydruquinoline, indole derivatives, was the material for the synthesis of some pesticides, pharmaceutical ingredients and functional polymers. Better process for the synthesis of tile intermediate has gained by mainly controling the reaction temperature, sequence of gredients and 95 % alcohol used as solvent for recrystallization in the paper.
