聚天冬氨酸衍生物的合成与阻垢性能的研究

摘    要:合成了含不同质量比的羟基基团的聚天冬氨酸衍生物,研究了其对CaCO3、Ca3(PO4)2和CaSO4的阻垢性能,并与聚天冬氨酸进行比较。结果表明:当n(AE)∶n(PSI重复单元)=0.1∶1时,对CaCO3和CaSO4的阻垢性能最好;当n(AE)∶n(PSI重复单元)=0.5∶1时,对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能和综合阻垢效果最佳,在药剂质量浓度为14 mg/L时,对CaCO3、Ca3(PO4)2和CaSO4的阻垢率分别为54.8%、100%和97.2%。

Abstract:Polyaspartic acid(PASP) derivatives with different content hydroxy were synthesize.The performances of inhibiting CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2 and CaSO4 were studied and compared with PASP.The results show that the performance of inhibiting CaCO3 and CaSO4 is the best when n(AE)∶n(PSI repeating unit)=0.1∶1,the performance of inhibiting Ca3(PO4)2 and all-around performance are the best when n(AE)∶n(PSI repeating unit)=0.5∶1,and at a dosage of 14 mg/L,the inhibition rate of the agent on CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2 and CaSO4 was 54.8 %,100 % and 97.2 % respectively.
