脱除催化裂化油浆中催化剂粉末的实验研究

摘    要:文章采用破乳-絮凝沉降分离工艺处理高桥催化裂化油浆,在实验室考察了破乳剂和絮凝剂类型及加量、水相pH、沉降温度及沉降时间对催化裂化油浆中催化剂粉末脱除的影响。选择PR-3复配物为破乳剂,添加量100μg.g-1,聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂,用量1000μg.g-1,加入质量浓度30%的葡萄糖水溶液,水溶液pH为7,沉降温度90℃,时间12 h,可以有效地脱出油浆中催化剂粉末,油浆灰分含量可降低到100μg.g-1以下。

Abstract:The slurry oil from fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) was treated with demulsification-flocculating settling separation. Experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of different kinds and dosages of demulsifier and flocculants, the PH value of aqueous phase, the settling temperature and time on the removal of catalyst fines from FCC. It is demonstrated that under a moderate condition of settling temperature of 90 ℃ for 12 h. when Complex PR-3 with the dosage of 100μg·g^-1 chosen as the demulsifier, polyacrylamide with the dosage of 1000 μg·g^-1 as the flocculant, 30 % (wt%)glucose solution added, the Plq value of aqueous phase equal to 7, the catalyst fines were effectively removed from the slurry oil with the ash content down to 100μg·g^-1.
