摘    要:将超细全硫化粉末丁苯橡胶(UFPSBR)加入到常用的NR胎面胶体系中,研究其对NR胎面胶性能的影响。力学性能测试结果表明,添加5份经饱和食盐水处理的UFPSBR后NR拉伸强度最大(25.36MPa),比空白试样提高了18.45%;磨耗量最小(0.1600cm^3/1.61km),比空白试样减少了33.85%,耐磨耗性最好。定负荷压缩生热和DMA分析测试结果表明,UFPSBR的加入可以提高NR胎面胶的抗湿滑性能,同时,对滚动阻力及生热性能方面的负面影响不大。

Abstract:In this paper, the ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered styrene-butadiene rubber ( UFPSBR ) was first added into the commonly using NR tread system, and the influence of ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered styrene-butadiene rubber on NR tread rubber was investigated. The results of physical and mechanical properties testing showed that, the complex with 5phr UFPSBR adding into showed the best performance, comparing with the sample unfilled UFPSBR, the tensile strength was 25.36MPa, which was increased by 18.45%, and the wear volume is the smallest, 0.1600cm3/1.61km, which is decreased by 33.85%. The influences of UFPSBR on the wet traction, rolling resistance and heat built-up of the five different tread systems were investigated by the compression heat built-up test with constant load and DMA, the results showed that, after adding UFPSBR, the dynamics mechanical properties of different tread were all improved, while the negative impact of rolling resistance and heat performance were minor.
