| Abstract: | The updating of preservatives in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics was introduced and summarized. The new requirements were also compared with Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics (2007) and EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Meanwhile, it suggested that industrial conditions should be considered cosmetic updating in China, as well as how to minimize negative effects on cosmetic companies. |
