多层碳纤维布复合材料超声检测的有限元模拟

摘    要:结合飞机复合材料无损检测需求,介绍了多层碳纤维布的材料工艺,分析了超声反射法的基本原理及其特点,并利用有限元方法对超声检测过程进行了数值模拟。通过实验波形和数值模拟的波形进行对比,可以看出有限元分析法对复合材料的超声检测提供了有力的理论依据,在一定程度和范围内可以对实验进行结果预测和评估。同时实验结果表明,超声波检测复合材料检测精度较高,检测效果较明显,可以准确的识别出是否存在缺陷以及判断出缺陷的位置。

Abstract:In combination of the nondestructive testing requirements of aircraft composite structures, the process of multi-layers carbon fiber composite specimen is introduced. And the basic principles and characteristic of ultrasonic reflection method are stated. Finally the finite element method is used to simulate the ultrasonic testing. By simulation results and experiment waveforms are compared, the result can see that finite element analysis method is an effective means to ultrasonic testing on composite materials, and it also can predict experiment of results and assessment in a certain extent. Meanwhile, experiment result shows that ultrasonic inspection in multi-layers carbon fiber composite has high detecting precision and much better detection effects. Whether composite materials have defects as well as the defects position can identify.
