摘    要:为满足航空业对高性能低成本制备工艺技术和减重方面的高要求,碳纤维复合材料以其密度小、比强度比模量高、耐疲劳性能优越等独特优点获得广泛应用,并具有极大的发展潜力。本文通过对国内外碳纤维复合材料结构在飞机结构的应用及相关发展计划的描述,从材料与成型工艺两个方面,总结了航空部件采用复合材料低成本的可行性及低成本化的措施。

Abstract:Due to its low density,high specific strength and modulus and high resistance to fatigue damage,promising carbon fiber reinforce plastic(CFRP) has been widely used in aviation industry to meet strict low cost and weight saving requirements.CFRP relative development plans and applications of CFRP in aircraft structure across the world are discussed.Feasibility of application of low cost CFRP technology in aviation industry is analyzed via material selection and manufacturing process.Some low cost measures are outlined.
