三维正交机织铜丝/玻璃纤维层间混杂复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能研究

摘    要:本文设计和制作了两种层间混杂结构的三维正交机织铜丝/玻璃纤维复合材料,分别为铜丝单面混杂和双面混杂复合材料。两种复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能测试结果表明,单面铜丝/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的归一化拉伸强度和模量分别为1214MPa和83GPa;高于双面铜丝/玻纤混杂复合材料44%和51%。单面铜丝/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的归一化弯曲强度为964NPa,高于双面铜丝/玻纤复合材料27%。两者的弯曲模量比较接近,均为60GPa左右。由于铜丝的混杂效应,三维正交机织铜丝/玻璃纤维层间混杂复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能与相同结构的玻璃纤维复合材料相比有一定的下降。

Abstract:Two types of 3D orthogonal woven copper wire/glass fiber hybrid composites with inter ply hybridization were designed and fabricated in this paper. There are copper wire/glass fiber hybrid composites with the copper wire in its single faces (CW-SF) and the composites with the copper wire in double faces (CW-DF). The tensile and bending tests re- suits of these composites showed that the normalized tensile strength and modulus of CW-SF hybrid composites were 1 214 MPa and 83 GPa, which 44% and 51% higher than those of the CW-DF hybrid composites. The normalized bending strength of CW-SF hybrid composites were 964 MPa,which 27% higher than that of the CW-DF hybrid composites. The nor- malized bending modulus properties of both composites were about 60 GPa. Due to the influence of hybrid effects, the tensile and bending properties of the 3D orthogonal woven copper wire/glass fiber hybrid composites were lower than those of the 3D orthogonal woven glass composites with the same structure
