| 摘 要： | 介绍了硝酸装置国产"四合一"机组仪表控制系统存在的问题、原因及整治方案。整治措施实施后,因仪表原因引起的机组非计划停车次数明显减少,仪表问题得到彻底根治。

| Abstract: | A presentation is given of the problems in the instrument control system for the indigenous "four in one" unit in the nitric acid plant,the causes and the renovation plan.After the implementation of the renovation measures,the number of unplanned shutdowns of the unit due to instrumentation decreases markedly,and the instrument problems are completely solved. |
