中国化肥的产业环境评价与国际竞争力分析

以波特钻石理论和比较优势理论为基础,选取社会经济发展、市场需求和产业政策三大层面的九项指标,对中国化肥的产业环境进行评价。结果表明,相对于国际主要化肥生产和消费国而言,中国化肥产业的宏观环境有优势,但是目前的优势状态并不稳定,取消产业优惠政策是主要的诱因。从提升产业国际竞争力的角度出发,采取有较大弹性又能适当刺激产业发展的政策是中国化肥产业政策调整的方向。

Evaluation of Environment of Chemical Fertilizer Industry in China and Analysis of International Competitiveness

Based on Pott's diamond theory and comparative superiority theory,nine indices are chosen from the development of social economy,market demand,and industrial policies,to evaluate the industrial environment of chemical fertilizers in China. The results show that,relative to the main international chemical fertilizer producing and consuming nations,the macro-environment of the chemical fertilizer industry in China shows superiority,but the present superiority is not stable,and the main incentive is the revoking of the preferential industrial policy. From the point of view of improvement in the competitiveness of a producing nation,the policy with greater elasticity and also suitable stimulation for industrial growth is the orientation for the readjustment of the policy of the chemical fertilizer industry in China.
