摘    要:采用自编的WAXD图谱分峰程序对PET/PA6复合超细纤维的WAXD图谱进行分峰处理:结晶峰用高斯─柯西复合函数,无定形散射曲线用广义高斯函数。在此基础上研究了PET/PA6复合超细纤维的结晶结构。

Abstract:In the paper, a computer program is adapted to separate WAXD peaks of PET、 PA6 and PET/PA6 composite superfine fiber. Gauss- Cauchy Function is adapted to express the crystal peaks, and modified Gauss Function is adapted to express the amorphous scattingcurv es. Thus the crystal structure of PET/PA6、PET、PA6 fiber under diffement process condition, including crystalline grade and crystalgrain size is studied.
