高压蒸汽管道保温研究

摘    要:计算了不同管径和保温厚度下蒸汽管道输送高压蒸汽的热损失和温度降。结果表明:保温厚度越大,蒸汽的热损失越小、温度降越小;保温材料导热系数与蒸汽的热损失呈正比;环境温度越高,蒸汽的热损失越小;环境风速对热损失的影响不大。同时研究了保温材料选择和保温结构对节能的影响。

Abstract:The heat loss and temperature drop of high pressure steam transported by pipeline under different diameter and thickness of insulation are calculated. The results shows that the thicker the insulation thickness, the smaller the heat loss of steam and the smaller the temperature drop. The thermal conductivity of thermal insulation material is proportional to the heat loss of steam. The higher the environment temperature, the smaller the heat loss of steam. Wind speed has little effect on heat loss. The influence of insulation material selection and structure on steam energy saving is studied.
