海岛短纤维设备及工艺技术的研究

摘    要:介绍了定岛型海岛短纤维的生产流程及生产设备。详细分析了复合喷丝组件的构造及生产原理,并探讨了预结晶、干燥、复合纺丝、拉伸及卷曲、定型工艺。结果表明:采用先进的复合纺丝设备,用Φ256/248f×37岛喷丝组件,以COPET/PA6为30/70可生产出满足后道纺织加工的海岛短纤维。

Abstract:Process and equipment of figured sea-island staple fiber were introduced. The construct of composite spinning pack was presented detailly. The precrystallization, drying, composite spinning, drawing and winding were discussed. The results showed that figured sea-island staple fiber from the COPET/PA6 with 30/70 could be produced by 256/248f × 37 islands spinning pack.
