丙纶阻燃母粒的研制

丙纶阻燃母粒的配方由载体、阻燃体系和稳定体系三大部分组成。经过试验筛选,选用高效含溴有机化合物和氧化锑组成二元阻燃体系;以有机锡为主组成的三元热稳定体系和以紫外线吸收剂作为光稳定剂;采用聚烯烃树脂作载体。此外,对丙纶阻燃母粒制造的工艺路线和性能、应用也作了简单介绍。
