终缩聚釜刮板冷凝器侧冲方法探讨

摘    要:针对终缩聚釜刮板冷凝器在实际聚酯生产中易出现的刮板绕渣问题,分析原因并提出解决方案。通过调整真空度及温度来控制刮板的残渣形状,从而降低残渣缠绕刮刀的可能性;同时,提出了两种刮板侧冲方法,能够有效冲刷刮板及内部残渣,减少刮板上缠绕的残渣,从而降低刮板搅拌电流,降低生产事故发生率,确保聚酯稳定生产。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of slagging of scraper condenser in final condensation reactor in actual polyester production, the causes are analyzed and the solutions are put forward. The residue shape of the scraper is controlled by adjusting the vacuum and temperature, so as to reduce the possibility of residue winding the scraper. At the same time, two scraper side flushing methods are proposed, which can effectively wash the scraper and internal residues, reduce the residues wound on the scraper, so as to reduce the scraper mixing current, reduce the incidence of production accidents, and ensure the stable production of polyester.
