摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶涂层方法改善高性能纤维Kevlar129、ZylonAS(PBO)和Kermel纤维]的耐光性,结果表明:此方法对纤维的耐光性能(强度、断裂伸长、模量)有一定的提高,其中Kermel纤维改善情况最优。从纤维的断裂形貌上分析,处理过的纤维比原样显示出更多的断裂同时性。这些改善可能是由于凝胶粒子在高性能纤维表面形成了—Ti—O—Ti—网络,这能有效隔断日光对高性能纤维的破坏。

Abstract:In this paper,a new method of sol-gel treatment was used to enhance the light-resistant properties of high performance fibers.The mechanical property retention ratio(tenacity,extension,modulus) of fibers treated with titanium hydrosol were higher than those of the original Kevlar129,PBO and Kermel fibers after light irradiation.Moreover,Kermel fiber showed the highest improvement among these fibers.According to their fracture end morphology,the treated fibers showed more rupture simultaneity than the original fiber.It manifested that the photo stability of high performance fibers could be improved by sol-gel treatment because the gel particles on the high performance fiber surface tightly link together with interconnected-Ti-O-Ti-bonds to form an inorganic network.This kind of film blocked effectively ultraviolet ray of the light so that the damage to fibers was decreased accordingly.
