国内外烟用聚丙烯丝束生产技术

简述国内外烟用聚丙烯丝束的生产技术。重点介绍国外几家公司:捷克Dimitrova、意大利Moderne和Plantax、德国Neurnag和Automatik以及Fleissner、美国Hercules所采取的切片熔融纺丝一次拉伸工艺路线与各自的生产特点。我国目前烟用聚丙烯丝束生产尚不是正规的生产线,一种是涤纶短纤生产线改造而成的二步法工艺,另一种是引进丙纶短程纺丝机直接后加工的一步法工艺,文中还对醋纤与丙纶两种烟用丝束的物化性能、应用及经济性进行了比较。

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE OF POLYPROPYLENE TOW FOR CIGARETTE FILTER TIP IN HOME AND ABROAD

The production technique of PP tow for cigarette filter tip in home and abroad are briefly descrio bed with emphasis on the one step melt spinning-drawing process and their features of some overseas company like Dimitrova of Czechslovakia, Moderne and Plantex of Italy, Fleissner, Neumag and Au-tomatik of Germany. Hercules of U.S.A.. The production lines of cigarette filter used PP tow in China at the moment are not standardized as yet. in which one of them is a two step process reformed from polyester staple production line and the other is an one step process made up of imported PP compact spinning machine with direct after-processing. The properties, application and economics of cigarette filter tip used tows made from PP and acetate are also compared.
