涤纶预拉伸丝后加工过尾的研究

摘    要:从原料、后加工设备、接尾工具、作业方法等方面对影响涤纶预拉伸丝(PET POY)后加工过尾的主要因素进行了研究。生产实践证明,通过改善PET POY表面特性,调整后加工丝道的整体平顺性,设定合理的接尾气压和捻接时间,使用接尾前后冷拉伸的操作等方式,可以提升PET POY的后加工过尾成功率。通过上述改善措施,过尾成功率能够提升至90%以上。

Study on Post-Processing Tail of PET POY

Abstract:The main factors affecting the post-processing of PET POY were studied from the aspects of raw materials, false twisting equipment, tail-knotting tools and working methods and so on. The production practice has proved that by improving the surface characteristics of PET POY, adjusting the overall smoothness of the processed silk channel, setting reasonable parameter of gas pressure and tail-knotting time, and using the operation of cold drawing before and after tail-knotting, the over tail success rate of PET POY postprocessing can be improved. Through the above improvement, the success rate of over-tail can be increased to more than 90%.
