摘    要:主要研究了异形截面聚酯纤维织物的显深色性以及异形度对显深黑色性的影响。采用K/S值、L*值和Integ值3个指标表征织物的显深黑色效果,结果表明:异形截面聚酯纤维织物具有较好的显深黑色效果;同时,聚酯纤维截面异形度对纤维织物的显深色效果影响颇大,高截面异形度可以提高织物的显深黑色效果。定性分析了所设计的异形截面纤维的反光特性,解释了其显深色性的原因,对设计纤维的色光特性有参考价值。

Abstract:The effects of non-circular cross-section (NCCS) PET filaments and its degree of profile on deep-black-colored fabrics were investigated in this paper. The indexes as K/S, L* and Integ values were used for charactering the deep-black-coloring effect of fabrics. The tested results showed that PET fabrics with NCCS filaments exhibited good deep-black-coloring effect. Meanwhile, the degree of profile of NCCS PET fiber had a significantly influence on the deep-black-coloring of fabric, and NCCS PET fabrics made of filaments with larger degree of degree of profile would show higher deep-black-coloring effect. Finally, the qualitative analysis of optical characteristics on the NCCS PET fibers was carried for explaining the causes of the deep-coloring of designed NCCS fibers. It had a reference value for design of fiber color and optical charactcristic.
