摘    要:丙涤共混阻燃纤维是以聚丙烯为基体,采用添加型共混加工技术,将聚丙烯(PP)、聚酯(PET)和复合阻燃剂经固体混料,挤出造粒,熔融纺丝而成。本文着重对多元共混体系的成纤规律、阻燃性能、纤维纺制工艺过程参数以及纤维的相态,超分子结构进行研究,以期对从事高分子阻燃材料和高分子共混改性研究的同行提供借鉴。


A STUDY OF FLAMERETARDANT DYEABLE PP FILAMENTS
Abstract:PP/PET co-mixed flameretardant filament is mainly composed of PP and manufactured by extrusion, pelletization and melt spinning of solid mixture of PP, PET and composite flameretardar agents using additative mixing processing technology. In this paper studies are center on the fibert forming regularities of multi component mixing system, flameretardant behavior, parameters of spinning technology, phase diagran and supermolecular structure of filaments with expectation to provide some reference for persons of same trade who are engage;! in the research of macromolecular flameretardant materials and blend modification of macromolecules.
