摘    要:以生物柴油副产甘油为原料,与HCl反应合成1,3-二氯-2-丙醇(DCP),DCP与二甲胺(DMA)反应可以制得1,3-二(二甲基胺基)-2-丙醇(BDAP),从而开发出基于生物质可再生资源的新型酸性气体脱除剂BDAP合成路线.在DMA/DCP摩尔比5:1、80℃下反应4 h后BDAP的收率可达80.6%,纯度达99.6%.在室温、常压吸收、80℃解吸的操作下,BDAP对H_2S气体具有很好的循环吸收与解吸性能,其对H_2S气体吸收能力是目前工业上所用甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)的4倍.

Abstract:1,3-Bis(dimethylamino)-2-propanol(BDAP) is prepared by reaction of dimethylamine(DMA) and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol(DCP) which is obtained from chlorination of glycerol,a byproduct in biodiesel production,with HCl.Therefore,a novel synthetic route based on renewable biomass source for the new desulfurizer,BDAP,is provided.Under the reaction conditions:5:1 as the DMA/DCP molar ratio and 80℃ for 4 h,the yield of BDAP can reach 80.6% with a purity of 99.6%.BDAP displays excellent cyclic performance for H_2S gas absorption(operated at room temperature and normal pressure) and desorption(run at 80℃).And the H_2S gas absorption capacity of BDAP is 3 times higher than that of MDEA used in industry at present days.
