摘    要:以城市污水厂剩余污泥为原料,采用负载金属氧化物的方法进行改性制备烟气脱硫吸附剂,探讨了污泥吸附剂在SO2-O2-H2O(g)-N2体系的吸附机理。负载质量分数为5%MnO2的吸附剂性能较好,在SO2入口质量浓度为2 021.38 mg/m3、O2质量分数为12%、H2O(g)质量分数为12%、气体流速为2.13 m/min和温度60℃的条件下,污泥吸附剂的脱硫效率为93.6%,吸附容量为66.8 mg/g。水蒸气存在时,过渡金属氧化物MnO2较强的氧化性促进了对SO2的化学吸附,等温吸附过程可用Fre-undlich模型描述。

Abstract:Adsorbent for flue gas desulfurization is prepared from surplus sludge of sewage by the modification method of loading metal oxide,and its adsorption mechanism in SO_2-O_2-H_2O(g)-N2 system is studied.The performance of adsorbent made by loading 5% (mass fraction) of MnO_2 is better.Under the adsorption conditions of 2 021.38 mg/m~3 of inlet concentration of SO_2,12% of O_2 mass fraction and 12% of H_2O(g),2.13 m/min of flue gas velocity,60℃ of temperature,the desulfurization efficiency and adsorption capacity of sludge-derived adsorbent can be 93.6% and 66.8 mg/g,respectively.In presence of water vapor,the oxidization of the transition metal oxide,MnO_2, accelerates the chemical adsorption for SO_2.The isothermal adsorption process can be described by Freundlich model.
