电解锰渣用于水泥缓凝剂的生产研究

摘    要:对废锰渣用于水泥缓凝剂进行了理论分析,试验研究了废锰渣替代石膏作水泥缓凝剂的可行性。结果表明:锰渣部分替代石膏作水泥缓凝剂其凝结时间、安定性、放射性检验均符合国家标准要求;锰渣与石膏掺量总和在6%~7%(质量分数,锰渣掺量不超过5%)比较适宜,实际生产中当锰渣以3%(质量分数)掺入时,可达到较好的使用效果。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis and the studies on the feasibility on the basis of a series of experiments utilizing manganese slag as retarder in stead of gypsum in cement manufacture were carried out.The results indicated that the indexes including setting time,soundness and radioactivity of portland cement measure up to the national standard when gypsum was partially replaced by manganese slags;The total quantity of both manganese slag and gypsum is optimal between 6 wt%-(7 wt%),in which the quantity of manganese slag should be less than 5%.The good effect can be achieved when the quality of manganese slag is 3 wt% in the actual cement production.
