A thought on the coming 21st century

At the outset of the 21st century,great attention should be paid to some new phenomena of world economy and chemical industry as follows:1)the new century economy as a knowledge based one;2)the Hi Tech industry as the mainstay of the new century industry;3)chemical industry still brimming over with vitality;and 4)information services to be in the ascendant in chemical industy.
