摘    要:针对高湿高粘附性微细粉尘的收集 ,设计开发了涡轮除尘器。其原理为 :含尘气流逆流流向高速旋转的涡轮 ,粉尘受到旋转流体和涡轮叶片所形成的离心力场作用 ,被强制向外运动甩向筒壁而分离出来 ;清洁的空气则在负压作用下进入涡轮中心排出。在给出涡轮除尘器的切割粒径公式基础上 ,分析了其性能 ,讨论了其参数设计 ,揭示出在涡轮除尘区形成完整稳定的离心力场和可靠的端面密封是涡轮除尘器高效除尘的重要保证。通过对新的涡轮除尘技术进行的理论与实验研究表明 ,涡轮除尘器能稳定、可靠地满足高湿高粘附性微细粉尘的收集要求

Abstract:A turbine duster is designed to collect high humid and high conglutinate ultrafine dust on the basis of the following principles: when the dusty counter air stream flows to the high speed turbine,the dust is forced outward to the tube wall under the centrifugal field produced by the rotational flow and the turbine blades,while the clean air is discharged through the turbine center under the suction force.The properties are analyzed and the parameter design is discussed on the basis of the equation for cut size of turbine duster.Experiments show that it is an important guarantee to produce complete and steady centrifugal field and reliable end face sealing in turbine dusting area.Both the theoretical and experimental researches prove that this turbine duster can steadily and reliably meet the collection requirements of high humid and high conglutinate ultrafine dust.
