常减压蒸馏装置的技术改造

摘    要:介绍中国石化股份有限公司武汉分公司常减压蒸馏装置的技术改造特点及工艺流程,针对常压塔各侧线分离效果差、能耗高、产品分布不合理、轻质油收率低等问题,分别对常压系统、减压系统、电脱盐与精制系统进行改造。装置改造后,总拔出率提高了4.84%,轻油收率提高了3.59%,能耗降低了150.65MJ/t,产品分布趋于合理。

Abstract:The process flow and the technical revamping of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Wuhan Petrochemical Company of SINOPEC were introduced.Aiming at the problems including poor separation efficiency in sides,high energy-consumption,unreasonable product distribution,and low yield of light crude,among others the atmospheric unit,the vacuum unit and the electric desalting and refining unit were improved.After revamping,the total production rate and the yield of light crude was increased by 4.84% and 3.59% respectively,and energy consumption decreased by 150.65 MJ/t,the produce distribution has become reasonable too.
