粉煤气化粉煤输送单元阀门应用及改进

摘    要:针对粉煤气化粉煤输送单元阀门经常出现内漏和卡涩的现象,分析了阀门发生故障的原因和机理,提出一些特种阀门的结构形式并加以应用。中试装置3年的运行情况表明,通过对球阀的改造和采用新型结构阀门,有效地降低了故障发生的频率,保证了粉煤气化粉煤输送单元的长周期运行。

Abstract:According to frequent phenomena of internal leakage and jamming in valves of conveying unit of pulverized coal gasification system,some special structure forms of valves are proposed and applied through analyzing causes and mechanism of valves faults.Experimental results show that the faults are effectively reduced by remolding ball valve and adopting new valve structure,which ensures a long period running of conveying unit of pulverized coal gasification system.
