改性纳米碳酸钙表面性质的研究

摘    要:用树脂和硬脂酸改性纳米碳酸钙。IR分析显示包膜剂与碳酸钙间以离子键结合;TEM照片显示改性的碳酸钙在环己烷中有更好的分散性能;沉降体积和接触角的测定结果说明改性碳酸钙在非极性介质中的润湿性得到了提高。

Abstract:The surface of nanometer calcium carbonate powder was modified with resin and stearic acid.IR analysis showed that coated agent had attached to calcium carbonate surface by ionic bond.The TEM photographs showed that the modified calcium carbonate had better disperse ability in cyclohexane.Measurement of sediment volume and contact angle of modified calcium carbonate indicates that the wetability in nonpolar media had been improved.
